Florian Steiger
LinkedInBefore founding Icosa Investments, Florian was Head of Cat Bonds at Twelve Capital AG, where he managed cat bond portfolios of over USD 3 billion in assets under management at peak, including what was at the time one of the largest cat bond UCITS funds globally. Before Twelve Capital, he worked in structured credit and alternative fixed income at Goldman Sachs, ZAIS Group, and Cape Capital. Florian completed his Executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen as the top graduate in his class. He also holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from the European Business School in Germany and spent a semester abroad at Harvard University. Florian is the lead portfolio manager for the cat bond strategies and is employed by MRB Fund Partners AG, where all regulated portfolio management activity is conducted.

Jordan Nickerson
LinkedInJordan is a co-founder of Icosa Investments and is responsible for relationship management. Before launching Icosa Investments, he spent more than seven years as a relationship manager and fund advisor at Cape Capital, a Swiss multi-family office overseeing several billion in client assets. Prior to Cape Capital, he was Head of Global Growth at DealMarket, a financial technology company focused on deal-flow management for private equity and venture capital transactions. Jordan is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a BS degree in Social Science.
