Data Protection Statement

Last updated: April 2026

With this Data Protection Statement, Icosa Investments AG (hereinafter "Icosa Investments", "we" or "us") describes how we collect and process personal data in connection with this website. This statement is not necessarily a comprehensive description of all our data processing activities — other regulatory information or contractual documents may apply in specific circumstances.

The term "personal data" means any information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify, a natural person.

This Data Protection Statement is aligned with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG / nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) and its implementing ordinance (DSV).

1. Controller

The controller responsible for the data processing described in this statement is:

Icosa Investments AG
Gwattstrasse 15
CH-8808 Pfäffikon SZ
Switzerland
info@icosa-investments.com

You may address any data protection queries to us at the contact details above.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We primarily process personal data that we obtain directly from users of this website, from clients and business partners in the context of our business relationships, or that arises automatically through the operation of this website (such as technical log data).

Insofar as permitted, we may also obtain certain personal data from publicly accessible sources (such as commercial registers or professional directories) or from third parties (such as business partners or service providers) where relevant to our business activities.

If you provide us with personal data relating to other persons, please ensure that those persons are aware of this statement and that you are authorised to share their data with us.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

We process personal data primarily to operate this website, to communicate with clients and prospective business partners, and to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations under Swiss law.

Where applicable, we may also process data for the following purposes based on our legitimate interests or, where required, with your consent:

Operating, maintaining and improving this website

Responding to enquiries and communications

Analytics and understanding how the site is used (with consent — see Section 4)

Asserting or defending legal claims

Compliance with applicable Swiss financial services regulation

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. You can configure your browser to reject cookies or delete them at any time, though some functionality may be affected.

Strictly necessary cookie

We set one strictly necessary session cookie (icosa_session_gate) to record your acknowledgement of the regulatory access notice. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. It is necessary for the operation of the access controls required under Swiss financial services law.

Analytics consent cookie

If you choose to accept optional analytics, we store a separate consent cookie (icosa_analytics_consent) for up to twelve months to remember that choice. This cookie records only your consent status and does not itself contain usage analytics data.

Vercel Web Analytics (with consent)

With your separate and explicit consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a service provided by Vercel Inc. According to Vercel's documentation, this analytics service does not rely on analytics cookies and uses privacy-focused traffic measurement based on request-derived information. We use it to understand page views and high-level website usage patterns in aggregated form. Further information is available at vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

If you do not consent, or if you withdraw consent, Vercel Web Analytics will not be activated. You may manage your analytics consent at any time — see Section 8.

5. Data Transfer and Transfer Abroad

In the context of our business activities and the purposes described above, we may transfer personal data to third parties, including service providers, professional advisers, and authorities, where permitted and appropriate.

Certain recipients — in particular Vercel Inc. — may be located in the United States. Switzerland has not issued a general adequacy finding for the USA. Where personal data is transferred to such recipients, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those firms.

6. Retention Periods

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to fulfil our contractual obligations, or to comply with applicable Swiss legal and regulatory retention requirements. Once data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

Session cookie: Deleted at end of browser session.

Analytics consent cookie: 12 months.

Vercel Web Analytics data: In accordance with Vercel's applicable retention and service policies.

7. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These include access controls, encryption where applicable, and network security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Managing Your Analytics Consent

You may withdraw your consent to Vercel Web Analytics at any time using the control below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.

You have not granted analytics consent — Vercel Web Analytics is not active for your session.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the conditions of the nDSG, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right of access: You may request information about whether and how we process your personal data.

Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where the legal basis for processing no longer applies and no retention obligation exists.

Right to restriction: You may request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability: Where applicable, you may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.

Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will cease such processing unless overriding interests or legal obligations apply.

Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — see Section 8.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@icosa-investments.com. We will respond within 30 days. Exercising these rights is generally free of charge.

Every data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.edoeb.admin.ch.

10. Amendments

We may amend this Data Protection Statement at any time. The current version published on this website applies. If this statement forms part of an agreement with you, we will notify you by email or other appropriate means in the event of a material amendment.

Further regulatory and legal information is available in the Imprint.
